We are a close-knit team of chefs, waiters and food lovers. Every ingredient we use comes from carefully selected local suppliers: extra virgin olive oil from the Florentine hills, meat from the best farms in Maremma, wines from the most renowned wineries in Chianti. Our philosophy is simple: respect the raw material and let the flavours speak for themselves.
Our venue, decorated in a classic style with stone walls and wooden furnishings, wants to recreate the atmosphere of ancient Tuscan trattorias. Here time seems to flow more slowly, and each meal becomes a moment of conviviality and pleasure.
